Plenty of Homeless in Key West

I visited Key West, Florida last week to do a travel story for a New York newspaper.  At first glance the island was paradise.  The weather was warm, the ocean sparkled, the people were friendly and the food was fantastic.  However, almost as soon as I stepped outside of the resort where I was stayed, I saw homeless men on the streets.
